Niagara is a french music's band from  the 80's. The great guitarist (Daniel Chevenez) & the hot hot hot female singer (Muriel Moreno) were in relationship together up to 1991 and then separated, as the band Frown This is a song about the different wars/conflicts in the World.

Translation (personal) of the chorus :
