Welcome to the CD team. I do not think I need to introduce myself to you. lol laugh

I think it is very brave of you to join.  I suppose Nes imagined to you our team to see it a beehive. Hmm,... better think of it like a wasps nest.  Indeed Nes himself is more like the bee type, but the dolls flocking around him are definitely not. ( No idea why he refuses to see that, but it is a plain fact.) 

So my advise to you:  Act like a bee, but keep your stinger sharp like a wasp! wink
