Pussycat

Cats are visiting my garden quite often. They live in the neighbourhood and my garden is a nice place to catch a bird, destroy a plant, or simply to do their needs. But it is not always that bad. Some of these cats are beautiful, like a new one that has a true panther-look.

But that’s nothing compared to the pussycat that visited my garden on King’s Day. Luckily I had my camera at hand, so I can share the photos. On some of these images she looks quite relaxed, on some others she seems to be protective, almost aggressive, still beautiful.

Lina and Michelle

This month photo shoot is simply titled “Lina and Michelle”, the featuring ladies.

When we started this shoot we had no idea what to do. Two dolls, two chairs and a little table. A table with three legs, quite tricky.

The weather forecast was bad. It was cloudy and there were showers. And just when I was about to stop, the clouds broke and there was a little bit of sunshine. So we went on for some more poses and pictures.

Real Close

Louise and I are getting real close. So for this month’s photoshoot I used my 50mm prime lens at f/1.8 – this is Canon’s cheap ‘plastic fantastic’ lens on a full frame DSLR.

Changes

The first part of this month’s shoot was taken on the 2nd of January. Louise takes off her Christmas outfit and redresses. This was on a dark day, photoshoot indoors using studio lights -her skin is looking a bit shiny.
